Enjoy spectacular water
views from almost every room, our waterfront
vacation home is located on the Pleasant Bay River
between Pleasant Bay and Meetinghouse Pond and
features its own dock. Bring your boat or use the
single or double kayak provided to explore the waterways of
Orleans. Fish, sun, and swim from the dock. Or, sit
on the expansive deck and enjoy the every changing
vista of boats and birds meandering by.
The sunny, private
one acre property features a contemporary style
house built in 1964 and completely renovated in
1996. Four buildings connected by decks and
overhangs allow for private and public space. There
are 5 bedrooms, two full baths, two half baths, and
an enclosed outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms have
queen sized beds and the other three have sets of
twins. The kitchen has Corian countertops, a
dishwasher, microwave, ice cube maker, etc. There is
internet access in the house and there is
a washer and dryer in the full cellar. Please press

The Dock of the Bay
home is
centrally located just over a mile from the center
of Orleans with its tennis courts, ball fields, and
playground. You can swim and float on a raft right
in front of the house and later enjoy a swim in one
of the two freshwater lakes located under a mile
away. Nauset Beach with its waves is two miles away.
This property is
available by the week from June through September
and by the week-end May and October.
Pleasant Bay for
fishing, sailing, swimming, wind surfing ,kayaking,
motor boating (your own or rent one) water skiing,
or just walking the shoreline. Nauset Beach for the
waves - body surf, boogie or skim board, rent a
surfboard. Skaket Beach for the warm water flats,
sand bars. clamming, and beautiful sunsets. Rock
Harbor to plan your deep-sea charter. Cape Cod
League Baseball - watch tomorrow's All Stars under
the lights and stars. National Seashore for
swimming, educational programs, bird watching.
Chatham for shopping, band concerts, the fish pier,
the lighthouse, and seal watching. Hyannis for JFK
museum, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's
Vineyard. Provincetown for beaches, sand dune tours,
whale watching, and sightseeing. Boston (2 hours
away) catch the Red Sox at Fenway Park. Antique
stores, golf courses, bicycling, gourmet restaurants
and lobster shacks, all surrounded by quaint and
pretty architecture and beautiful natural vistas -
